Library Journal Video Review:
"Storytellers Connie Regan-Blake and Barbara Freeman's video is aimed at other storytellers, educators, and librarians. Presented in a workshop format, it includes suggestions about sources for stories as well as demonstrations. The two women present an energetic storytelling how-to with material from picture books, folktale collections, and personal experience. Although there are many other such titles available, few genuinely fit into the how-to category as well as this one. It includes the basic reminder always to indentify sources and Freeman's delicious "storytelling book report" of Rockwell's How To Eat Fried Worms. The coverage of the topic is imaginative and thorough and together with Regan-Blake and Freeman's exertise and matersy makes Storytelling essential for school and public libraries."
